The game works but is very slow

Try closing other browser windows. If that does not work close other open applications. If that still does not work, restart the device and try again.

I hear no sound during gameplay

Make sure the sound of the device is turned on. Tap on the sound icon in the introscreen of the game. To hear sound, the icon should not be striked through. On Iphone check if the Ring/Silent switch is in the right position.
